If you are a first-time buyer Jodi is the person to work with she was working since the start late time hours to place our offer for a home she knew that the next day there was going to be an open house and that could affect us since more offers will come thru but after all her hard work our dream of being a homeowners came thru I can only say that Jodi did had to deal a lot with the realtor that was working with the owner of the house they took long to finally accept our offer we don't know what was happening on the other side but we know that they were not so sure, if we could afford the house or discrimination, don't know at the end they accept the offer after Jodi told the realtor the many reasons why we want this house and how this house took our heart since the first day we saw it.

When I pulled into Olympia, I knew this was the area I wanted to be in, but the reality was the inventory was scarce, and I didn’t have much hope.
